Refund Policy

This page explains VPNEnd subscription refund windows, application details, and payment handling. Order checks and refund progress for specific transactions are recorded in support tickets in the user panel.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. The window is checked against the first payment recorded for the relevant account. Submit your request through a support ticket within that window and keep a record of your submission. You do not need to cite connection failures or service issues, or complete troubleshooting before applying.

Clearly identify the relevant order in your request. List payment records for monthly subscriptions, data packages, renewals, or upgrades separately. The refund window for the first payment does not restart with every subsequent payment. Unpaid orders have no funds to refund, and the same payment will not be refunded more than once. Requests made after the window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment described above; you may submit a ticket to explain your circumstances.

Usage Records and Unusual Orders

Connecting normally, switching routes, or using some data does not need to be explained as a condition for a no-questions-asked refund within the window. This page sets no undisclosed thresholds for data usage, session duration, or device count. Data packages do not expire; this rule concerns data validity and does not mean the refund window is unlimited.

If your data has been exhausted, usage appears unusual, your account has been restricted over a suspected violation, or payment ownership is disputed, explain the situation in a support ticket. VPNEnd will review the order and related records rather than treating a general statement that the service was “used” as a complete explanation. For matters involving a violation, refer to the Terms of Service and explain the basis for the decision. Account actions and payment handling will be communicated separately. This page does not add automatic rejection conditions that conflict with the no-questions-asked refund commitment.

How to Apply and What to Include

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open Support Tickets, state that you are requesting a refund, and list the orders to be checked.
  2. Provide your account username, order number, payment date and time, amount paid, and payment method. If you attach proof of payment, cover information unrelated to that transaction.
  3. Add any supporting details, confirm the outcome, and check progress in the original ticket to avoid splitting the record across duplicate requests.

You do not need to provide your account password, payment password, or full subscription link, and an email address is not required to request a refund. You may provide a reason voluntarily. If you cannot sign in, see the help options on the Customer Service page. Include only the information needed to identify your account and transaction.

Refund Routes and Payment Differences

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally sent back through the original transaction; they are not automatically converted to account balance, and a refund request will not require another payment. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders must be checked against the original transaction and the payment provider’s refund status. If the original route cannot be used, explain why in a support ticket first and confirm an available refund arrangement.

USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay, so the same reversal process cannot be applied directly. The original transaction must be checked, and the receiving network, address, and refund arrangement should be confirmed in a support ticket. Any questions about the amount or network fees should be explained and confirmed first; this page does not set an exchange rate, fee percentage, or fixed amount to be received. Do not send funds directly to a previously used sending address before the details have been checked.

Refund Progress and Follow-Up

Submitting a request, completing the review, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment provider or on-chain processing, so this page does not promise a fixed timeframe. Check both ticket replies and the original payment account; a ticket marked as received does not mean the refund has arrived.

If you have been told that a refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, add the latest status to the original ticket and ask for a transaction check. Do not make another payment to “activate” a refund. Any changes to subscription benefits, remaining data, or account status related to a refund should be clearly explained with the outcome. If you disagree with the result, add the original payment proof and your specific questions to the same ticket, keeping the full record available for further review.
