Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers the processing of personal information on the VPNEnd marketing website, user panel and subscription services. VPNEnd handles information only as needed to provide its services, distinguishing between website analytics, account and billing records, and activity on international routes.
Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNEnd processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, and account status to authenticate users, maintain login sessions and manage subscriptions. An email address is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request and any necessary follow-up.
Support tickets may include client names, error messages and problem descriptions submitted by users to help reproduce and troubleshoot issues. Before submitting a ticket, remove passwords, session credentials and full subscription URLs. Support staff do not need this information to investigate an issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNEnd follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, access content or communications transmitted over its routes, or create records that could be used to trace specific website activity.
Temporary session information needed to maintain a connection is used only while connected and is not retained as a persistent connection log after disconnection. Cumulative usage for plan billing and account subscription status may be retained, but do not include browsing destinations. System error information needed for troubleshooting is limited to essential technical fields and is not used to reconstruct users' browsing activity.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
VPNEnd retains account-linked plan details, order amounts, payment statuses, transaction identifiers and refund records to provide subscriptions, reconcile payments and handle disputes. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider, whose pages may collect information needed to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNEnd receives the payment result needed to confirm an order and does not ask users to submit their payment account password in a support ticket. The third party's privacy notice governs its data processing. Check the recipient details before proceeding to a payment page.
Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics
The website and user panel may use cookies or local storage to save login credentials, language preferences and essential interface settings, reducing repeated verification and keeping the service working as expected. Users can clear this data in their browser; doing so may require logging in again or resetting preferences.
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics may involve visit times, page paths, browser information and network addresses included in requests. This is not the same as recording websites users visit over international routes. Do not include sensitive credentials in page URLs or submitted content.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are deleted or de-identified when their respective purposes have been fulfilled; indefinite retention is not the default.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-linked data. VPNEnd will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. If an order or dispute is still open, or records must be retained by law, use of the relevant data will be restricted and the data will be handled once the reason for retention no longer applies. Clearing browser data does not delete a server-side account.
Access Controls and Policy Updates
VPNEnd limits access to information based on work requirements and uses it only to provide services, handle support requests and meet necessary obligations. Users should safeguard their account credentials and avoid sharing subscription details publicly.
When this policy is updated, the “Last updated” date on this page will change. Significant changes to processing purposes or the scope of information will be announced on the website or in the user panel. For questions about this policy or data handling, visit the support page to find a contact option. See the Terms of Service for other service rules.
